Thin Film Transistors

Our team is also focused on the development of Thin Film Transistors (TFTs) and is researching transistor technologies to drive OLEDs as active matrix displays on platforms such as textiles and fabrics. We are leading the development of innovative processes and structural designs to create flexible and lightweight TFTs, aiming to achieve high-efficiency driving in fiber-based display systems. Additionally, by applying this technology to textile platforms, we are opening new possibilities to detect real-time changes and control displays. Through this, we are providing active matrix driving systems that ensure mobility, reliability, and stability, similar to flat-panel displays.
